Our Origin
Many times, buyers can get overwhelmed or confused around the process of purchasing a property. This is extremely understandable as purchasing a property isn’t an everyday activity nor is it a simple transaction.
On top of this, the buyer is competing against other buyers and must deal with real estate agents who are working in the best interest of the seller! To bridge this gap Property Comet was established to focus on purchasing the best-valued properties for buyers.
Our Aim
Property buyers are heavily misrepresented within the real estate space. For years now, a seller will always engage a real estate agent, while the buyer works alone. This creates a huge discrepancy between the buyer’s ability to achieve the best outcome for themselves and their family.
Our aim is to focus solely on the buyer. Unlike many other Property agencies, we don’t try to be a jack of all trades. Instead, we are specialists within the buying space and are laser-focused on solely helping the buyer.
Our Founder
Property Comet was founded by Branden Sarafov an active and passionate property investor. His journey started from humble beginnings where his lack of wealth drove a desire for change. After falling into property investing his fire was ignited and he began his own investment journey.
His success has driven him to help others through educating, strategising, and purchasing property. His goal is to help as many people as possible and elicit change in their lives by purchasing property to help build wealth and create a life of abundance.
